02How it recruits
The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission recruits for the Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service (APCS) and other Group A and B posts of the state government through its Combined Competitive Examination, and separately holds direct-recruitment examinations for departmental Group A, B and C posts as vacancies are requisitioned. Candidates apply after a One Time Registration on the commission's portal. APPSC is headquartered at Vidhan Vihar, Itanagar.
APPSC recruits mainly through a written competitive examination, or a written examination followed by an interview. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/B.
