02How it recruits
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission conducts the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) Combined Competitive Examination for RAS, Rajasthan Taxation Service and other Group A and B state posts, in a Prelims-Mains-Interview format. It also holds separate exams for School Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Assistant Engineer, Mines and Geology posts and other departmental vacancies. RPSC is headquartered in Ajmer rather than the state capital Jaipur, and it maintains a dedicated online Application Portal for all its recruitments.
RPSC recruits mainly through a written competitive examination, or a written examination followed by an interview. Posts recorded here are commonly classified as Group A/B.
