The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, Cuttack conducts the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET), the qualifying exam for primary (Classes I-V) and upper-primary (Classes VI-VIII) teaching posts under the Government of Odisha.
