The Department of School Education, Government of Telangana conducts the Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET), the qualifying exam for teaching posts in Classes I to VIII, hosted online through the Centre for Good Governance's examination portal. It is an eligibility test; actual recruitment against notified teacher vacancies (DSC) is done separately.
